I really enjoyed my stay here. This hotel is very clean and modern and has everything you need, including a bar and restaurant on the first floor.
One of the best things about it is the decor, in lobby/restaurant/bar area it is really well done.
The size of the rooms are the only downside if you’re going to have 3-4 to a room.
With that being said I would highly recommend this place as I found it perfect for my weekend getaway. Its cost, location and service makes this a place I would like to return to.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's impeccable service, particularly the assistance provided by Adriana, truly exceeded all of our expectations.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff and immediately felt a sense of genuine hospitality. Adriana, in particular, stood out as an incredibly helpful and attentive member of the team. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient, and her assistance truly made a difference.
Whenever we had a request or needed information about the local attractions, Adriana was always there to provide us with prompt and reliable answers. Her knowledge of the area and willingness to assist with any queries we had made navigating the city a breeze. Whether it was recommending a remedy for our hangover or local, Adriana had us covered.
Aside from the outstanding service provided by Adriana, the hotel itself is a true gem. The rooms were impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and offered all the amenities one would expect from a high-quality establishment. The location was also ideal, with convenient access to the quarter and public transportation.
I cannot recommend Hotel Indigo enough, and the exceptional service that made our stay all the more memorable. If you're looking for a hotel that offers outstanding customer service, comfortable accommodations, and a truly welcoming atmosphere, this is definitely the place to stay. I would not hesitate to return to Hotel Indigo on my future visits.
The hotel is in a perfect location! Safe, clean, comfortable and beautiful! The coffee was surprisingly extremely good! Staff is helpful and accommodating but not knowledgeable about tourist activities or recommendations. And the room was …
Hotel Indigo was a very nice place to stay! My daughter and I stayed there for my birthday weekend and it is conveniently located in the French Quarter. It was clean, nicely decorated and the staff there was pleasant and friendly. The valet parking was nice and the guys were very helpful. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were lovely. My only complaints are that the room lighting was very limited and housekeeping didn't provide us with enough towels after cleaning the next day, but overall it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay there again!
The hotel is quite centrally located with easy and quick access to everywhere around the French Quarter.
The windows of the standard rooms cannot be opened and even touched because they are like six-feet high. The room is a bit narrow.
The room itself is quiet enough for good sleep though. However they are not very soundproof.
The front desk staff were helpful.
This hotel does NOT provide laundry service.
The IHG Hotel Indigo in New Orleans served as a pleasant experience for my week long stay. The hotel staff was kind and greeted me well. The room service was great and did their best. The lock to the main door was not working as intended …
LOVE this hotel. The foyer is so nice, we were amazed when we walked in. The front desk staff were nice and very helpful. I told the girl at the front desk that our room didn't have a fridge and the maintenance guy was there in 5 minutes, LITERALLY, to bring us a fridge. Also, the flusher on the toilet came loose and it was hard to flush. I told the girl at the front desk when we were leaving for the day and when we came back to our room, the toilet was fixed. I also was told that we had to request maid service (I guess that's a new thing now in hotels), we were leaving at 11:45 and the girl at the front desk said we had to request it by noon, so she put us down and when we got back, our room had been clean, new towels, sheets, etc. The room was a decent size. Didn't have a kitchen, but fridge and microwave were fine with us. The breakfast selection was good. It was free for 2 people, but if you had more than 2 people, you had to pay for breakfast. The food was reallly good. The hotel was within walking distance of Canal Street, Bourbon Street and the Hop On Hop off bus as well as many bars, stores and dance clubs. I would DEFINITELY stay in this hotel again. The price was very reasonable for being right in the heart of New Orleans. I believe they are pet friendly also because I saw a couple people with dogs. They don't have a pool which is a bummer, but it wasn't a big deal because there were so many things to do within walking distance. This is a GREAT hotel.
I was met by very friendly, hospitable, and helpful personnel and was supported by them during my stay.
The check-in process was amazing: I had a long flight, arrived around 6:30AM, and they accommodated me in no time.
Although many guests arrived, it was quiet to take a rest there, and safe to walk outside in the dark. The French Quarter was in no distance with its most vibrant Bourbon, Royal, Chartres streets, bursting with music and people.
